Hi. I’m Rory. I market online personal development courses and events. These courses are largely self paced. There is no hand holding or micromanaging, we support and guide those who want to see growth within themselves, leaving them the space to take control of creating their own futures.

I’m looking for people to join my team, so we can open up this opportunity to a wider audience. I want big thinkers with a strong drive to achieve success for themselves. You would also be someone who equally wants to support others in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

• Place ads daily to attract leads.
  Use our purpose-built systems to process the leads as we interview and qualify them to receive information about out personal development courses and events
  Follow up with the leads after they have received all of the information about what we offer, and are able to make well informed decisions on whether our product will suit them or not
  For those leads who decide to move ahead, we support and coach them to get the most out of our courses and events

This also offers:

• Flexibility – you choose your own hours to work, with the exception of daily online training and meeting calls at a set hour each day.
  We highly recommend you work on your own personal growth while assisting others. We are most effective when we know what we are marketing, so belief in our products through using them yourself is highly recommended
  Support like no other. You will be trained and mentored directly by me, but also with access to the global community daily through our training streams

Qualifications

There are no set qualifications as everything is taught here, but skills that could benefit you are:

• Good communication Skills
  Empathy for others
  Knowledge of various social media platforms
  Good phone manner
